Biography
Tim Giambrone is Senior Vice President of Investments and Director in the Marcus & Millichap National Retail Group (NRG). During his tenure with the firm, Tim has consistently ranked as one of the top brokers in Atlanta and a top retail broker nationally for the firm. He has been recognized for Outstanding Sales in every year since 2004 (with two exceptions) and has received the firm's National Achievement Award in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2010, 2015 and 2017. Tim has represented a distinguished list of clients, from private investors to nationally-recognized institutions and REITs, in the disposition and acquisition of shopping centers and single-tenant properties. Employing over 20 years of experience as a former Senior Finance Executive, Certified Public Accountant, and business owner, Tim has developed an extensive network of investors and a comprehensive marketing program to reach qualified buyers in even the most difficult assignments. His widespread experiences and negotiating skills, along with a relentless effort through the marketing and due diligence process, has allowed Tim to execute and close over 90% of the retail transactions in which he has been engaged throughout his career.
